Nargiz Bauchadze successfully graduated from Batumi Medical School. In the following years, she graduated from “Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy” of Batumi Shota Rustaveli University” and  was granted the academic degree of Bachelor of Education.

In 1990-2004, she worked as a security and art teacher at Batumi N1 public school.

Since 2006, with 15 years of experience working in the school, she was appointed as the deputy director of “Nike” school, where she continues her successful work to this day.
